XVI32 is a hex-editor with a built-in script interpreter that can easily work with huge files. It has a two-paned layout to display both both the text (ASCII/ANSI) and hexadecimal representation of the file. You can search, replace and count text or hex strings.
XVI32 also allows copying, moving, deleting and writing of file segments. Further, bookmarks, print preview and printing are supported.
